Everyone is more health conscious now. When i started working out years ago muscle men were a rare sight on the street now ever other dude is getting buffed up both old and young.
Back then the average girl that was health conscious played some girly sport like volley ball or did cardio.
Lifting weights was a big no no for women then and was thought that it would make the girl look like a dude.
Fast forward years later and research has shown that too much cardio makes you look old and yes you get smaller but you also get flabby as well.
So more and more women now are turning to weight training to keep firm and strong while generating new muscle tissue hence tricking the body into thinking its younger and as a result they look younger too.
Cardio is now mostly done post weight training for like 30 mins max to burn extra fat.
Women are now sporting their guns sweeping quads, round ass and six pack abs with pride. I am loving it.
As long as they dont go over the top like using performancing enhancing drugs which cuts the subcutaneous fat from their faces making them look like dudes e.g most female body builders have the same taunt dry boney face because of this.
The ideal muscle chick are the fitness olympia styled bodies much like the pics i posted of Ava Cowan.
To remain feminie in terms of appearance a woman who does weight training should maintain a healthy level of body fat 12-18% to look full and round like Ava Cowan. The female breast is made mostly of fat, well the real ones at least. Lose too much fat and the jugs will shrink.
The pictures below are all of Ava Cowan she i think has a really nice blend of muscle and feminity. Some may like other muscle models like Larissa Reis (too muscular for my taste) but Ava Cowan is right up my alley plus she is a native of my home state.
